Are you an official NFL partner?

No. Down Under USA Sports Tours is an independent sports travel and event business.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by the NFL, its teams, venues or ticketing partners unless specifically stated for a particular experience.

Where official ticketing, hospitality or event partners are involved, this will be clearly communicated.

What is the Jesse Williams event?

From Australia to the NFL: An Evening with Jesse Williams is a limited-capacity NFL fan event at Higher Ground, Melbourne.

The night includes a live Q&A with Jesse Williams, stories from Alabama, the Seattle Seahawks, the NFL, Nick Saban and Pete Carroll, Super Bowl ring viewing, hospitality options, photo opportunities, signed collectables and Jimmy Smith hosting the evening.
 

Is the Jesse Williams event an official NFL event?

No. The Jesse Williams event is an independently organised fan event presented by Down Under USA Sports Tours.

It is designed to give NFL fans a premium, personal experience around the Melbourne game week, but it is not an official NFL event.
 

What ticket options are available for the Jesse Williams event?
 

There are three ticket options:
 

General Admission
Includes event entry, live Q&A, Super Bowl ring viewing, cocktail-style food package and access to purchase drinks from the bar.
 

Premium Fan Experience
Includes everything in General Admission, plus a beverage package, photo opportunity with Jesse, hand-signed photo, hand-signed event trading card and entry into the lucky door prize for signed memorabilia.
 

VIP Hosted Access
Includes everything in Premium, plus access to the exclusive VIP hosted area, champagne tower, freshly shucked oyster station, priority photo opportunity, enhanced meet-and-greet opportunity, VIP beverage package and an additional signed item or premium collectible.
 

Are tickets refundable?

Refund conditions may vary depending on the event or package.

For each event, the refund policy will be clearly outlined on the booking page before purchase. Please read the ticket terms carefully before booking.
 

Do I need to pay to join a priority access list?

No. Joining a priority access list is free.

Priority access simply allows you to receive updates before wider public announcements, including early event details, package information, ticket releases or booking opportunities.

 

Will accommodation be included in future trips?

Some packages may include accommodation, while others may be land-only, event-only or custom-built depending on the experience.

For hosted US sports trips, accommodation will usually be offered as part of the package or available as an optional add-on.
 

Can you organise private or corporate sports experiences?

Yes. We can assist with private groups, corporate groups, hosted fan experiences and tailored sports travel concepts.

This may include accommodation, hospitality, event access, hosted experiences, local tours, transport coordination and itinerary planning.
