These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries, registrations and bookings made with Down Under USA Sports Tours.

1. Independent Travel Provider

Down Under USA Sports Tours is an independent sports travel provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Football League (NFL), NBA, NHL, or any sporting organisation or team.

All trademarks and team names remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Package Information

Package details, pricing and inclusions are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Tour packages may include accommodation, event tickets and hosted experiences depending on the package selected.

Final details will be provided prior to booking confirmation.

3. Event Schedules

Sporting event dates and times are determined by the relevant leagues and organisers.

Down Under USA Sports Tours is not responsible for schedule changes, venue changes or event cancellations.

Where possible, reasonable alternatives will be offered.

4. Bookings and Payments

Booking procedures and payment schedules will be outlined at the time of booking.

A deposit may be required to secure a place on a tour.

Full payment deadlines will be advised prior to confirmation.

5. Travel Arrangements

Unless otherwise stated, international and domestic flights are not included in tour packages.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and travel documentation.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be subject to supplier terms and conditions.

Cancellation policies will be provided prior to booking confirmation.

Down Under USA Sports Tours reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries where necessary.

Down Under USA Sports Tours acts as a coordinator of travel services including accommodation and event tickets.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Travellers participate in tours at their own risk.
